C3 Kickboxing

Want to connect with others while trying out Kickboxing?  This is the C3 for you!  This C3 is designed for ages 13 and up, women and men, and you don’t need any experience to join. It’s a safe and welcoming environment for all skill levels. It’s a great way to get into shape and release stress. 

If you have kickboxing equipment please bring it but it is not required.   Gloves will be provided.
